Please note the following conditions for returns
• The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
Items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If your customized item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@malharcreationsglobal.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will send our Shipping partner (Ship rocket) at your doorstep for the pick-up of the returning product.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the product meets our return conditions, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
